In collaboration with my friend & mentor Christopher Darling, I helped him teach his art classes at a corrections step-down facility, and then with the men and women along with other designers from Cleveland, painted the portraits that were drawn in those classes. The mural was located in Hough Cleveland and took 1.5 months to complete and earned a silver medal from the New York Society of Illustrators. Chris was the manager and director of this mural, my only role (with fellow designer Alex Tharnish) was to design and paint the typography.
